On February 3, 2008 Jason Vassell was the target of a racist hate crime. Since then he has been further victimized by a racist prosecution. We, a coalition of community organizations, students and faculty, seek your support in challenging this racist prosecution.
Regional Justice for Jason Campaign
Up until quite recently, the campaign for Justice for Jason was a local, Western MA-focused campaign. We are trying now to develop regional and national networks of support. If you are a resident of Boston or the surrounding areas, please consider getting involved with the Boston Alliance for Justice for Jason.
The Boston Alliance for Justice for Jason is a newly-formed organization designed to
1) Make visible the depth of support for Jason
2) To educate Boston-area residents about the case and mobilize Boston-area supporters for our upcoming actions.
